Amendment Resolution Number Four: Oh Lord
Gal pal Julia came up with an interesting idea to make Resolution Number four more exciting for all of us... (thank goodness someone did!). Each month in the honour of heart health (kudos Heart and Stroke) I will try a new method of exercise and report back. I envision Yoga, Pilates, Zumba (?), spinning, belly dancing, swimming, running and whatever else I can think of. Now usually unless it was a contact or high adrenaline sport I didn't play it growing up so some of these are going to be very very painful for me to endure but I will do it and most certainly try to drag Julia with me. I am absolutely positive this resolution will be a laugh so stayed tuned!
